There was a delay in shipping my first order with them which I had placed about 3 months ago hence I have rated them 4 stars, otherwise they deserve 5 stars if my first order was an exception. However the one I placed recently was shipped on time. They provide excellent quality used devices no wear and tear visible at a fraction of the price.
