System Glitch for a new Iphone 12

I bought an IPhone 12. The phone was delivered on 06 February 2026. It seemed to be fine. But on Saturday morning it suddenly refused to acknowledge my correct password. It still won't open. As a result now it says that "Iphone unavailable" so I am unable to do anything with it.
