SELLING UNORIGINAL APPLE DEVICES & POOR SERVICES
The devices they selling is not original, I bought an iPhone14 MaxPro in Feb 2026, paid extra for "excellent" condition. After 2 months the mobile refuse to charge when it's at 1%. I emailed them, send them the screenshots of what the device say and it stated that its unable "unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery. Details from this battery may not be accurate. Then after about 2 days the mobile charged again, then it happend again the next month, they said I must lodge a warrently claim, which I did sent the device back to Dubai. After 3 weeks I emailed them to ask whats the progress of the device, then they told me because of the tiny crack at the back of the device the warrenty falls away, but the crack has nothing to do with the PROBLEM, they ignore me and claimed I must now pay R2500 to get my device back without fixing it. It would have helped if they told me this from the start.
