S**** phone with refusal for return

I bought an iPhone 15, 21 days ago and started using it on the next day after receiving it. Phone was overheating until it cracked at the back. I called Revibe CT and they said I should raise a claim. I raised a claim on the 10th day and it was rejected, said that I should’ve returned it in 24hrs, but on delivery they said 10 days. Now it is not charging at all.
