Run Away From Revibe, RUN!!!

On the 28th April 2026, i purchased the following device from Revibe:

HP Elitebook 1040 g5 x360 touch Core-i7 8th Gen 512 GB SSD / 16 GB It was delivered. When you switch it on or off it makes a weird sound. It does not detect wifi devices. I reported this issue, all Revibe could do was to cancel my claim and the issue i reported. On the 12th May, raised another claim and nothing was done. I received an email stating that the device will be collected within 48 hours, till to date they are still counting 48 hours. I made the biggest mistake of my life by wasting money and purchasing a device from Revibe. Now, anyone who comes across Revibe products, no matter how affordable and beautiful they look. DO NOT WASTE MONEY, unless you want to regret it.
