Revibe sucks been without Phone for whole year now

I bought phone January 2026 , the phone looked in good condition but it only lasted for 2 weeks after that the iPhone X started heating up and battery did not last and to make it worse the camera also was not working back and front camera and then the phone completely went blank and did not want to charge nor switch on reported it and they took their time to come pick it up now it’s been 2 months the phone is with them and they keep sending emails that it’s with technician and they will get back to me within 72 hours and on the second day they send again the message but am still without a phone
