Revibe sold a defective iPhone 12 that died within 15 minutes. Revibe is rejecting valid claim

I purchased an iPhone 12from Revibe, order number: ZA-69390 within 15 minutes of turning the device on, it stopped working completely. I immediately logged a return within your advertised 10 day risk free return window. Despite your policy stating "if you find any issue or defect within first 10 days, return it to us we'll refund you". Your customer service agent has told me that my claim is INVALID.

A device that fails within 15 minutes is inherently defective and I am legally entitled to a full refund to my original payment method as you promised before when I spoke to Abdul). I demand that Revibe honors it's 10-day return policy immediately and process my full refund. There is no way that I'm still paying for the phone that is currently in your possession. If this is not resolved swiftly, I will escalate this directly to the CGSO
