Revibe quality concerns

I bought a Apple mini 12, after an update, the software rejected the camera, after reporting this to Revibe, they rejected my claim, I also took an extension warranty, now I have an phone without a camera, They use aftermarket parts and not original parts, even my back cover cracked 2 times within 3 month
