Revibe is appalling

I purchased iPhone12 mini from Revibe on the first week of January. Well, delivery was quite early... That was impressive. However, I did not like the device due to the size being too tiny. The device got delivery on Friday, on the very same day I arranged a return. The device got collected on Monday. The collection was also fast with no fuss. The problem I'm now experiencing is for a refund. Revibe is just horrible and does not have sense of urgency. I do not see myself purchasing anything from them ever again and I urge the entire world to stay away. The service is appalling.
