Revibe is a ****, your device will only work a few days

As a first time customer of Revibe I am so disappointed in them. I purchased a laptop for my studies with the only money I had to purchase it. After a few days it stopped working. I sent them a video before they sent a courier to collect. They could see in my video the sensor was not moving. After they fetched it, a few weeks down the line they told me claim is invalid I am liable to pay a R1100 shipping fee. I refused because I don't have that kind of money and told them they can keep the laptop then and return my money or I can arrange my own courier to collect because the courier they sent was DHL which I always use and I know they are not R1100. It is half a year later. They still have the laptop and have not given me my money. I will not rest. I have handed them over for investigation.
