Revibe is a useless online store
Dont order from them, they dont communicate and their support is useless, I ordered on Monday and its gonna be Friday and they haven't yet dispatched the order, nor done any QA and their customer support just lazily says "we have escalated it and we will update the status" but they do not, don't waste your time, buy from local stores instead, you'll save yourself the headache. Delivery is only supposed to take 3 to 5 days, mind you. Revibe is absolutely useless and so is their support.

28 May 2026, 20:56Do not defend the ********* practices of another business, if the lead time is 8-10 days it should be stated as such, also SHEIN took 2 days with an order, from China mind you, there is absolutely no reason for revibe to take longer when they're geographically closer. Furthermore, other businesses such as takealot often advertise 3 to 5 day periods for some goods, yet they get delivered earlier than stated, same story with Amazon...I'll just shop from stores such as them and Swopp next time, lesson learnt🙏
