Revibe is a bit *****

I bought a Samsung Galaxy s23 on the last week of July 2026. The device was delivered to me a couple of days later. I was very excited for the phone, because although I knew it's not brand new, the look and feel of holding it was satisfying. A few days after I've had it, I realised that when I try to make calls, the receiver on the other end says that every time they try to pick up my call, I hang up. The same thing happens when I attempt to answer a call from someone, the phone quickly cuts the call. I contacted Samsung for assistance and they asked me for the device's IMEI number, to which I gave it to them. The agent informed me that my device was designed for the South Korean market, meaning that some features might be disabled if the device is used outside its origin. If you report a problem to Revibe, they tell you all sorts of stories in order to discourage you from lodging a complaint.
