Revibe doesn’t take accountability buy at your own risk

I return an IPhone to Revibe for warranty claim, when it got there it went for quality check after 4 days they told me it doesn’t qualify for warranty claim due to physical damage. I sent the proof of the device without this physical damage because I took a video of the device before It was shipped to them. When they saw the proof of the device still I should pay R1350 to return the device or to fix it for R2600.
