REVIBE CONDUCTING BAD/******* SERVICE

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM REVIBE. Their company is actually based in Abu Dhabi. I purchased a phone and noticed it's been on hold in Cape Town for a few days. I made enquiries but the automated response system is all you get. I then contacted DHL the courier company to hear what the issue is as it just indicates the importer must produce a licence. I was then informed by DHL that REVIBE have been incorrectly informing about the products entering the country. Now I must apply for a ITAC certificate myself and wait longer. Not sure what cost around that is. I will highlight this in all social media platforms as it is unacceptable.
