Refund Delay for Returned iPhone 12 mini

I bought iPhone 12 mini excellent condition and when it arrived the screen was badly damaged and i returned it and said they should credit store, which it was said i was going to receive my voucher within 24 hours and its been days since my status stopped on ready for refund
