Poor quality

I purchased an iPhone 16 on the 24th of April, barely a week after I received the phone it had a black stain on the front camera which affected the selfie camera. The phone froze like nobody's business, and I had to return it back. It was collected in the beginning of May and guess what? I still haven't received the phone to this day, and it is the 9th of June! I regret purchasing from them and I would not advise anyone to buy from them; I'm starting to feel ****med! I am fuming as I'm writing this.
