Phone paid for but not delivered
Horrible service ordered and paid for my I, phone 15 on 25 November still nothing delivered no update on my account still says order created called in they said they Will escalate it emailed all I get is a sorry but nobody can help even find out what is going on the agent I spoke sounds like his not from South Africa. I'll never recommend use ever I want my phone it's paid for .

02 Dec 2025, 17:23I expect to be contacted and delivery to be confirm this is unprofessional. I'm not waiting it's unacceptable that nobody can say where the phone is and why it's delayed the agents wh assist are useless only trained to stall and say sorry otherwise they can't help u with nothing.
