Partial refund

I did an online purchase of iPhone 13 at around 2:45pm and canceled my purchase at around 3:50 pm. I received a partial refund and their policy states that they deduct 5% if the device has been shipped and you cancel. The device wasn't shipped yet. I'm so mad people DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONES AT REVIBE THEY ARE TRASH, even when they did a partial refund nothing was communicated to me. You can't deduct 5% for a cancelation that was done within an hour
