Order Delay & big inconvenience

I am having the worst order experience ever! I would like the cancellation and refund of my order if it will not be arriving anytime soon as advised by Aarifah from DHL that I will need to allow 6-7 working days for a permit to be issued for the delivery of my order which was placed on 23/05/2026 and expected to be delivered on 02/06/2026.

I have recently been advised about the ITAC permit that I needed to issue which I had no idea about and nowhere does Revibe, who is the seller, do they include this as a fact when placing an order with them.

I am greatly inconvenienced as I purchased this laptop for work purposes which I am being heavily impacted on. Please go ahead and refund my order if this will still be taking longer that it was supposed to.

I truly feel like Revibe is the one who is supposed to be making sure such documents are in place or at least making customers aware of these issues. I am sending this email as proof that I have reached out to both parties before laying a formal complaint.

I really did not expect my order to be this difficult to receive and there is no option to cancel and refund my order when thewy can clearly see that I have not received it.
