Once again I'm complaining about Revibe, my order arrived Saturday and it missing a cable

Unfortunately, we need to let you know that our coverage does not include any accessories sent along with the device, which are not required for the warranty process.

As what was mentioned on the warranty claim, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to accessories during transit or while the device is in our possession. If accessories are sent, they may not be returned.

This limitation is based on the terms and conditions outlined in our policy for Shipping Guidelines which has been like this for years.
