Non Delivery and no cooperation from Revibe and Payflex

Do not buy from Revibe. I bought a device from them on the 26th of May with an estimated delivery of the 2nd of June. I have been waiting for the device because DHL requires documents from them, and Revibe is unreachable! I bought the device via Payflex, and Payflex is also unreachable! I want a refund, I'm so tired of calling with no response and also getting no feedback from Payflex!
