Never Buy From Revibe

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Revibe.

I returned the device, yet I am still waiting for the refund of the money I personally paid. Despite following up and giving Revibe an opportunity to resolve the matter, my refund remains outstanding.

I have now had to escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) for review because I have been unable to get the matter resolved directly with Revibe.

This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a company for money that is due to them after returning a product.

I expected better customer service, communication and accountability from Revibe. Instead, I have been left having to escalate the matter simply to get my refund addressed.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from Revibe to carefully consider their after-sales service and how refund issues are handled.

My refund is still outstanding, and I am now awaiting the outcome of the escalation to the NCC.
