Misleading customer

Misleading customer discovered several issues that were not disclosed in the product adverti*****t. The software update is not working/updating properly, and the battery life is extremely weak. The battery does not last for a reasonable amount of time, which significantly affects the usability of the iPad. My concern is that these issues were not mentioned in the adverti*****t or clearly disclosed before I made the purchase. I therefore feel that the product information provided on your website was misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the device. As a customer, I expect the condition and functionality of a refurbished device to be honestly and accurately described so that I can make an informed purchasing decision. Had these issues been disclosed, I would have reconsidered purchasing the device.
