****med by Revibe!! No Return Policy or Warranty policy

I bought a laptop a Dell Latitude laptop on Revibe. They delivered fine but with delays. Then the laptop just decides to stop working in a period of 2 weeks and I report it back to the company warranty claims and they collected it for fixing. The way I need this laptop and urgently I reported that and asked them to not do their tendency of doing things slow. The update me fine with the progress of the claim. Today I go to track the progress has it is behind and should get it today, I find that they have closed the claim for it is delivered to me. I Don't Have the Laptop and they don't want to communicate with me regards getting my laptop back.
