Listen, Don't do it!!!
On my experience, I want to warn others. Please pay attention to the negative reviews. Use other alternatives. Don’t get fooled like I did.
I bought a Dell Latitude 3540 laptop with 16GB RAM, 256SSD, i5. Instead, I received a Dell E7440 with the same specs. Yes, same specs, but totally different laptop. The Latitude is a 2023 model. The one they sent me, the E7440, is a heavy, old 2014 laptop that even still had a DVD-ROM thingy.
I called the call centre. It’s a South African number, by the way, so I thought this company was local. Only to find out that they are not even in South Africa, as the website will make you believe they are. That is very misleading.
They told me the specs are correct as if I bought the laptop for specs only. I wanted a modern machine, not something from over 10 years ago. They didn’t mention that they’ll send a completely different model, thats worthy of a ****
I requested a refund, they gladly payed it, but take 20% off what you paid. 20% gone just like that.
Please, rather consider other alternatives. Do NOT buy from them. There's a South African company I have been buying refurbished electronics from for the past year and the never disappointed. Leave Revibe, local is lekker!!

25 Jul 2025, 08:58Just got of the phone with them so, they are offering me R750 of the almost R2000 I paid as a penalty. Get this, the images that are on their website are not what you buying, he says it’s pictures they got of Google. All you are buying is specs. You could see a picture of an 8th gen processor and receive a 3rd gen. Just be aware of that. I see the good reviews but pay attention to the bad ones because if you going to want a refund, forget. This is an unprofessional, **** worthy company from the Middle East posing as South African to **** South Africans. Buy local.
