I've bought an iPhone 11 then experience problem with my camera or should I say bad quality photos
I've bought an iPhone 11 then experience problem with my camera or should I say bad quality photos. The photos are blurry then I claim to them they say I should be collected within 3 day but now there's nothing happening

Please note that warranty claims are automatically cancelled if the device is not handed over to the courier within the required period, and this is what happened in your case.
If DHL has not reached out to you regarding the collection, you can hand over the device directly at your nearest DHL facility instead.
Please raise a new warranty claim, and we will create a new Air Waybill (AWB) and send it to you. This time, we kindly ask that you hand over the device directly at the nearest DHL facility rather than waiting for the courier to collect it.
Once the device has been handed over, our team can proceed with the claim accordingly.
