ITAC permits for the used goods to be imported

Revibe items are from UAE and not SA, which will require you to go through a customs clearance at import control which is out of Revibe's hands. This was not disclosed and the website is very misleading with an address and everything appearing as if it is sold within SA. You are left on your own with DHL to get a ITAC permit and to get customs clearance which also includes you making contact with SARS just to receive a cell phone. The process is taking longer than indicated and your package is left at the courier warehouse on hold for customs clearance. Even though Revibe says that they will assist you. It is completely out of their hands once it reaches SA borders and you need to receive the package as an importer. If I knew I would have gone to Iphone pre-owned store. But okay. Never again!
