Is Revibe South Africa legit or ****?

My experience with Revibe.me online shopping is too bad since I placed an order on the 1st of march 2026 and my order was confirmed to be delivered on the 4th of march 2026 but nothing delivered to me and when I try to contact them nothing goes through telephone line and WhatsApp line no response and their customer portal services keep saying internal error I sent them emails several times but no response so now I don’t know what to do maybe I have been ****med because this is never happened before when I order with other trusted companies like Takealot and others.

It’s my first time ordering from Revibe but I am not happy with their service is very poor and inconvenient.
