I was a bit sceptical when I learnt that the company is based in the UAE. However, the entire experience was seamless. I purchased via payflex and the laptop is in great condition. It has been a month and the only thing I had to do was download Windows 11 from Windows 10 Pro and buy an international adapter because of the charger. It's been a month and I am happy thus far
