I want my money back

Revibe, I want my money back, I don’t care about your so called policies, you have something of mine, I reported the fault well within it six months and each time I’ve heard some BS story from you team, If I need to open a case I will but I want my money back.

Dear Melisha,

I have reviewed the history of your case. Unfortunately, as the timeframe for covering the shipping fees has passed and the device has now been disposed of, a refund is no longer an option as per company policy. I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for. But the case has been closed.

We are unable to override the final decision made by management. We respected our arrangement with you that you agreed on during purchase, we hope you do the same.

We value you as a customer, and we regret that we couldn't provide a more positive resolution in this situation.

Best regards,
Revibe Customer Experience Team

Revibe shouldn’t be disposing of something that isn’t there’s, that device still belongs to me and if there was nothing wrong with device why is Revibe disposing of it.

Hello Melisha,

We understand your point of view. However, since the shipping back fees were not paid as per our policy, we unfortunately cannot keep the device indefinitely.

It has now been 2 months, and as per policy, the device could not be held any longer. Please understand that we have done everything in our power to resolve your case but you have not been cooperating with us in applying the policies you have agreed upon when purchasing from Revibe.

Warm regards
MM

If you go back on your emails to me you will that was willing to cooperate with Revibe up until I received emails to say my device will be disposed off, I was more than willing to pay the shipping fee, but R1485 is a bit ridiculous, ever since than I’ve been asking for my money back, I’ve asked to speak to a manager no response, yes it’s been 2 months but that’s because I tired of dealing with Shima and all this BS, Revibe still has no right to dispose of my device, let’s say I pay for this shipping fee tomorrow, what guarantee do I have this isn’t going to happen and I’m going to have to pay for shipping again, once bitten twice Revibe cannot guarantee me this, when I sent the phone the first time it came back to me with exact same issue, when I reported my claim was cancelled claiming there was not enough evidence of a fault, it’s only after I came to hello Peter that this case was reopened everything was still done well within the six months of purchase which according to the consumer I can still request a refund, I refuse to pay for shipping as I have no guarantee of what I’m getting back and to be honest this whole shipping fee story seems like a way for you’ll to make money, Revibe has a South African address on their website which is based in Pretoria shipping from Pretoria to me wouldn’t be that much so why can’t Revibe do that ???

FYI that device couldn’t probably be held longer because Revibe probably sold it to someone else.

It’s been weeks, I have no response from Revibe regarding my refund or sending the device to their Pretoria, which I am willing to collect myself, I need answers.
