I Regret ever buying from revibe and having to deal with DHL.

Disappointment is understatement. I ordered an iPhone from Revibe, it had problems then I logged a return, it was then collected from me on the 9th of March 2026 around 17h30 at Lusikisiki St Elizabeth Hospital. I then received an email from Revibe on 23/03/26 that their shipping company has informed them that no device or rather parcel that was handed over to them, to my shock I contacted RAM, as the courier company that came to me personally and collected the device. Their agent failed dismally to assist and dropped on me. I tried calling the number of the guy who collected the device on +*** and it was either on voicemail or ringing without picking up. I then tried to call another guy from the same company who helped me with the number of a person I can contact in the office, Sis Nwabisa Dlulane managed to comfirm for me that they indeed collected the device on the 9th and handed over to DHL on the 11th of March 2026 at 10h58 and was signed in by the guy called Mark in East London DHL, Ram tracking waybill as DHLE16-***0. I then called DHL, they requested the waybill which I gave them, apparently the parcel was never scanned by them, and they opened up the case to investigate as they do not know the whereabouts of the parcel, they then promised to revert back to me, am I happy? Of course not!. Revibe sent an email on 23/03/26 late, but by the morning of the 24/03/26 they were so excited to inform me they've canceled my claim because it didn't arrive within the stipulated time as if it was all my fault. Which clearly indicates that everything was done deliberately and intentionally to sabotage and further not to process my refund. Revibe working with DHL. Meaning I lost both my money and the phone. Revibe attempted before to cancel my order without informing me and when I confronted them, they blamed it to the technical error. Coincidence right?. Ohh I am so mad.
