I ordered a cellphon...

I ordered a cellphone in April 20th and was delivered on the 5th of May 2026.. unfortunately the device was not working I had to return it for refund on the 6th May 2026 but still I have not received my refund and they are telling me lot of stories that my phone is still under quality check and QC only takes 4 days.
