I have a problem I bought phone at revibe on July and I took it back to them with 2days cause it has fault now they don't want to refund me or give me new phone

26 Aug 2026, 14:56Revibe it's a **** honestly bought phone with them using payflex they gave me phone that has issues lot of issues and they use influencers to make us trust them now that phone I gave them back within 2days..... I wanted refund or exchange but now they went silent on me they don't communicate they used Al to respond always and when I call them it rings only my r5200 gone just like that I don't need revibe voucher or bonus I need my money back returned to me

31 Aug 2026, 16:14Received the email from revibe that company it's **** serious cause now they have to bring my phone back they demand another 1300 from me so that they can give me a phone they said I misuse the phone and it's physical damaged mind you I didn't use that phone for more than 3days but when I bought it I choose excellent condition now they give me stories they demand money they said it's for shipping but when you purchased they said shipping it's free now they demand 1300 for shipping revibe it's a **** period don't waste your money on them it will frustrate you
