I bought an IPhone 14pro, on the 9th day of using it, i noticed that there is background noise when I play a video taken by the device, I then raised a claim, on the claim page, I could not upload an attachment of a video proving the issue I was having with the phone, I then called in and asked what i should do? , I was then sent an email I should respond to with my attachments from Esraa the 30/10/2026, I then received emails saying my claim is pending since I have not provided proof, I contacted them multiple times telling them I have emailed proof to Esraa, Ibrahim confirmed that the videos were received, told me hold 3min on the phone to listen to them,he then confirmed that they are valid and they will work on my case. I just received an email saying my case is closed due to the fact that I have not provided evidence and I have not responded to their requests. I am so disappointed, my money went down the drain. I never should have trusted an online store with such big purchase.
