Horrible service

Ordered and paid for my phone on the 17 May, received email that edd was 28/05/2026. Everyday I receive email that phone is on hold. Today I received an email to apply for itac. I mean, after all this long wait. I'm very disappointed the phone was supposed to be a birthday gift for the 01/06.
