Horrible Purchase
These people are selling us horrible items with almost the same amount. After 11 months using their iphone 13 pro the battery gets drained from 100% within 2 hrs. When I charge the phone it immediately reaches 100% in seconds. Now they are telling me to make a video how do I take a video of that why can't they take the phone and assess the issue. I have wasted my money thinking I am making a good decision. Never buy anything from these people!

We genuinely want to help resolve this for you, however we do require clear proof of the issue in order to proceed with accepting the claim. You can, for example, take screenshots showing the battery percentage at different times to demonstrate the rapid drain, or provide a clearer video with proper focus so the screen and behavior are visible.
Kindly raise a new claim with this supporting evidence, and we will make sure it is reviewed and accepted as quickly as possible.
