Horrible experience with Revibe !!

I bought laptop MacBook ZA-64078 from Revibe in July after receiving it, it started freezing and crashing I returned it since itwas within the 10 day return window to get a refund. My device has been in QC checks since July 18 and still no refund till today and I depend on it for work. I called them everyday for the past two weeks and still nothing. I’m so disappointed I even have to resort to this after trusting them with my hard earned money!!! Beware !!!
