Horrible experience

it’s been 8 months since a claim was raised for a MacBook I bought and received it not working, to date is not back and no straight answer about when am getting it back. So this means I bought a device that I haven’t used for the last 8 months. All am getting is we are busy following up with the relevant team, nothing further and 8 months down with no device. I took a warranty with it when I bought it, clearly that warranty is useless because it’s not helping me. They have no intention to refund me nor give me a replacement device.
