Faulty Laptop - Would Not Recommend

I bought this laptop from you, I am very disappointed. I have hardly enjoyed using it because it keeps giving me problems. If it's not the battery, the laptop freezes unexpectedly. Now the screen has stopped functioning while I was busy using it. This situation is unacceptable, and I can no longer tolerate these ongoing issues. Please arrange to collect the laptop and refund my money as soon as possible. I look forward to your urgent response.
