Faulty Dell Laptop.
They’re getting 2 stars because of the efficiency in delivery.
The product they sold me will just go from 70% battery full to empty in a flash. Seems like the laptop needs to be on charge while in use. I’ve been having it for less than 3 months.
They allowed me a few days after purchase to review but I wanted to review after some time of having used the product. And I now can’t review on their app to flag these issues. Wouldn’t allow anyone I know to buy from them.
