I bought what I thought was a new phone. It arrived in their “Revibe” box but thought maybe that’s what they do. When I submitted info to get it covered for insurance. The insurance company stated that the phone wasn’t new and when I went to check battery health in more detail it was 100% but under “first use” it says “July 2024”
