DON’T TRUST REVIBE - ****mers
Bought an Apple iPhone and returned it due to screen having a Greenish tint to it. I have to send pictures and videos of all sides of the device to prove that there’s no physical damage which I did. They sent me emails with a picture of the back screen that’s broken and says I’ll have to pay courier fee of R1420.00 for return of a “broken device” or I’ll have to pay to have it repaired and still pay courier fee. All this after I have sent them proof that when I sent the device there was no physical damage.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it does not address the main concerns I have raised throughout this process.
The device was purchased and delivered in April, and several months later I am still trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward warranty claim.
Before the device was collected by your courier, I took clear photos and videos showing the condition of the phone from every angle. These recordings show that the device had no physical damage, including no cracks on the back of the phone. The only issue was the green tint affecting the OLED display, which was the reason for the warranty claim in the first place.
Despite repeatedly providing this evidence, Revibe has never explained how or when the alleged damage occurred, nor have you provided any evidence showing that the phone was damaged when it arrived at your facility. Instead, I was initially informed that I would receive a refund, only for that decision to be reversed after an internal investigation, leaving me without a phone, without a refund, and without any meaningful explanation.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect that if a company claims a device arrived damaged, they should be able to provide evidence supporting that conclusion. Simply stating that the device was received damaged is not sufficient when I have evidence showing it was not damaged before collection.
This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. Months later, I am still left without a fair resolution. I hope Revibe will reconsider its position, review all the evidence objectively, and take responsibility for resolving this matter fairly.
Until then, I can only share my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions.
This version is factual, professional, and highlights the key issues: the delay since April, your photo and video evidence, the unexplained allegation of damage, the withdrawn refund, and the lack of a fair resolution. It also avoids language that could weaken your position while your dispute is still ongoing.
