DO NOT purchase from Revibe.
The worst company to buy from. Save yourself the bad experience.
They refuse your refund as you have to claim in the first 10 days but They too 2 weeks to deliver! Then I had to wait to get have it delivered then they said I was out of the 10 day period.
The laptop then died and wouldn't charge. I was not offered a store credit either.
Sent in for repairs and received it back nearly a month later...
I don't want this thing. At this point it will be in for repairs more that be used.
They can't even tell me what the problem was when it was in for repairs!!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

27 Apr 2026, 13:16Listen, this laptop too forever to arrive. Then it worked for 2 weeks and I sent it back for repairs. It took forever to collect this thing and took forever to fix and return it.
I received it in Jan. It was absolutely disgusting and dirty which we then had to clean.
We hardly had it then it stopped charging. Sent back. I haven't opened it since receiving it back as I now have no use for it. I bought it for my daughter for school and she hadn't had the pleasure of using it past 2 weeks. I had to buy her another devise as shes needs to be able to work in class!!! She's matric and this is what we got.
Horrible service. I was told I could raise a claim for refund when I received it back from repairs. Listen to that recording. Now I cant't get my money back or get a store credit.
What am I supposed to do with thing??? Use it as a door stop?????
