DO NOT BUY FROM REVIBE!!!

I purchased a device iPhone12 Pro 1 month ago. 2 weeks in the screen just goes dark. I immediately claim for warranty , send them videos displaying no damage etc. This device has now been with them for another 2 weeks , they did not update me during this process at all until I emailed asking for an update. TODAY , they send me an email saying my warranty is void as there are damages on the device (image with three scratches). I will need to pay R1600 shipping fee and the repairs??? WTH???? The videos I sent cleary has no scratches and what proof do they have this did not happen whilst in their or DHL custody? And 3 small lines of scratches are going to cause software damage? And I actually gave them a excellent rating when I received the device. PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM AT ALL!
