Do NOT but from Revibe SA

I ordered a DELL laptop, the delivery was supposed to be between 26 and 28 May. My delivery is on hold as I had to apply for an ITAC permit. Revive NEVER ADVISED this during any point of the order. I then submitted what I thought was right. It is 30 May, 2026 and my order is on hold due to the ITAC permit - only now were I given instructions on how to obtain one!!! According to DHL obtaining the permit will take 3 - 5 working days!!!!! I can’t cancel the order with Revibe as it has already been shipped according to them. Their contact e-mail is also useless because they dont respond. Quick to take your money with false advertising!!!!!!
