Dishonest company

Received the phone, I requested to return it wanting to get another one. I returned the phone a day after I had received it. The rejected my request due to damage, they say. Which is a complete lie as I did not even as so much switch on the phone. Now I have a damaged phone coming to me, I don't know the extent of the damage I would not be surprised if I get a dead phone.
