DHL and REVIbe and incompetence

My order was shipped with DHL from revibe

Monday they asked for a ITAC document first Thabiso from DHL sent the ITAC but then DHL ITAC sent the correct form so I filled it in and sent it back to them and NOTHING WAS ACTIONED. Tuesday Thabiso sends a email to say that I never send the documents then I filled in his form that was incorrect sent it as well to Aarifah. Then Aarifah comes back to say Thabiso document is outdated I must resend the the one I sent Monday to DHL ITAC and at 3pm today so I had fill it AGAIN and resend it. NOW they telling me I must pay a 5k after paying 7599 penalty fee which I feel is unfair when I already answered them Monday. When you try contact revibe they make a ****en AI respond to you
