Delivery issues

Place on order on the 28, received n emailing stating that delivery will take place on the 4th, the started getting emails from DHL that I need to get clearance Permit for my order to be delivered. I did not know that I had to go through so many hoops to get my order delivered.

I emailed Revibe, no response called and stayed on hold for over 10minutes

First experience with them and it sucks , would not recommend to anyone.
