Delayed Delivery Beyond Promised Time – Disappointing Service

I placed an order with Revibe and was promised delivery within 3 to 5 days. It has now been 7 days since I placed my order and I still haven’t received my phone.

This delay is very frustrating, especially because I needed the phone urgently for work. The lack of communication and failure to meet the promised delivery timeline is disappointing.

I expected better service and reliability.
