Defeated, waste of my hard earned money

Just be wary of this company, they are run by AI even some of their on app reviews are possibly AI. Customer service contact email AI, call centre AI. My iPhone 14 in supposedly "excellent" was giving me issues from the jump but because I've not had one in some time I thought the poor battery life and a buzzing camera trying to focus on something was normal. Phone overheating while trying to process or downloading data. My battery would run down by a percent every 6 minutes without me having to use it. I have been using two phones just so I have backup. Finally I emailed them because it overheating got worse. Phone has a year warranty but when it returned from repairs no one had touched it or sent me a report on what was fixed. Sent it back again and still overheating and poor battery life. Everytime I goes away I have to move my whole life over to another phone., no real compassion Just a bunch of AI responses which was extremely frustrating. If I had seen a real review like mine I would have never purchased from them.
